Sunsets, Snow, Puppies & GRACE

    What do Sunsets, Snow, Puppies , and God's Grace have in common? In recent weeks , I have been overwhelmed by God's gifts to me in the form of these four things, among countless others.

On a Friday couple weeks back, I experienced this beautiful sunset on my journey home from work. It was so breathtakingly colorful & gorgeous that I felt compelled to stop and take a photo. I just had to capture that moment to save and to share. At the closure of a challenging day/week at work, God gave me this beautiful gift , right when I least deserved it.

Last Tuesday, another gift came in the form of SNOW!!!

Psalms 51:7  "Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow." I've always welcomed snow as a cleansing on the earth. It brings at quiet, peaceful blanket over the ground. It was also this little guy's FIRST snow!! He had a marvelous time rolling , jumping, sliding, etc. on the cold, wet snow! To see one of God's creatures experience such joy can only bring a smile to the christian's face.

What an amazing hymn, Come Thou Fount! So many lines that are wonderful to be reminded of. This is a signed 8 x 10 print of my original

This comes from one of my all-time favorite hymns : "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing". This song just about sums up my life right now.

Come, thou Fount of every blessing,
tune my heart to sing thy grace;
call for songs of loudest praise;
streams of mercy, never ceasing,
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
sung by flaming tongues above.
Praise the mount! I'm fixed upon it,
mount of thy redeeming love.
Dear Lord,
Thank you for your everlasting, unchanging, marvelous grace! I'm so overwhelmed by your
mercy and love for me. I pray that I will be ever thankful for it, and always ready to
share the good news with those I come in contact with. I love you , LORD!
Your Princess,
Sarah
