Sweet as Blueberry Muffins

Ok, Here's the Blueberry Muffin recipe I promised!!!!


BLUEBERRY MUFFINS (recipe found in Betty Crocker's cookbook.


1 egg
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup frozen or 1 cup fresh blueberries (stir in with milk)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar ( I used a little more)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of about 12 medium muffin cups. Beat eggs; stir in milk, blueberries, and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients all at one just until flour is moistened( batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Immediately remove from pan.

A Date with Mom

On Tuesday, My Mom and I headed off to go shopping and out to lunch!! Shopping was great!! And, Lunch was DELICIOUS!! We split the Incredible Eggplant sandwich w/ fries!!! See that yummy cheesecake...... We didn't get it , but let me tell you , It looked delicious!!! Sometimes, it's great just to take off and have a relaxing with the only other girl in the house, and have some serious Girl Talk Time!!!

Springtime Renewal

When Springtime comes yet again, I feel the need to be renewed & rejuvenated. My spiritual life is lacking, and I want something more!!!! I want the old me, my selfish spirit to die & fade away, being replaced by a beautiful Christ-like character!! I want a clean heart. Psalm 51:10 : " Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." This is my heart's prayer, This is it's song.

Best Friends, Pretty Sunsets, and Canon Lenses

Kinda a long title, huh?? Today, I'm going to show you pictures of some of my favorite things. Yep, they are Best Friends, Pretty Sunsets & Canon lenses ( and cameras of course!).

I LOVE my dogs!! They have a way of lifting you up when you're sad. They love you no matter what you've done. They have unconditional love that is so beautiful. Dear Lord, help me to love like that!! :)

I see the Moon!!

Hey everyone!!! Sorry i've been missing!!! I got a new blog design ( What do you think of it??) and I'm still trying to figure everything out. I no longer have all the posting options I did ( kinda wierd!!) so I'm trying to get adjusted!! :) By the way, I have 40 followers!!! WOO HOO!! I know that doesn't seem like alot, but I'm excited!! :) Hope you enjoy these moon pictures I took the other night!!

Little Women - the Musical

  This past  Saturday night , my Mom and I made our way to a nearby town to go see a Little Women play. It was really good!!! They did an awesome job, and I was able to get some good pictures!!! (without flash, though!!!) Enjoy!!!!!
