On Tuesday, My Mom and I headed off to go shopping and out to lunch!! Shopping was great!! And, Lunch was DELICIOUS!! We split the Incredible Eggplant sandwich w/ fries!!! See that yummy cheesecake...... We didn't get it , but let me tell you , It looked delicious!!! Sometimes, it's great just to take off and have a relaxing with the only other girl in the house, and have some serious Girl Talk Time!!!

I always enjoy lunch with my mother. We go once or twice a week, and I am always talking her ear off, lol. It certainly did make me want something to eat though! :)
