It's been over 3 months since I last blogged (in April). There's been a lot going on around here, and I'm ready to fill you in:
My Mom & best friend feel asleep in Jesus on June 19th, 2015 after a long fight against Cancer. She told me many times that she trusted God to heal her whenever He saw fit. If He choose to heal her on this earth or to wait until HIS second coming when He will take us all home to heaven, She trusted HIM. As a dear friend said :
"She went about her work for God with confidence, constantly sharing the Gospel
and leaving the results to Him. A life well lived!"
She is now "asleep" awaiting Jesus' second return. Here's a link to an article explaining the Biblical definition of what happens when a person dies ;

During these past two weeks, I have experienced the nearness of God like never before in my lifetime. He truly has been my Refuge and Strength.
Psalm 46 King James Version (KJV)
46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Please keep my family and I in your prayers through these coming days, weeks, months, years as we await Jesus' second coming. Come quickly , LORD Jesus!!
<3 Sarah
Praying for you <3
