The 8 laws of Health

It's time for Health Nuggets! I figured it was time for me to talk a little about health, first I'm going to give a layout of the 8 laws of Health .

The 8 laws of Health:

Nutrition
Exercise
Water

Sunshine
Temperance
Air
Rest
Trust in God

If you take the first letters of each of these things it spells: NEW START. It's important to take care of our bodies, because they are  the temple of the Holy Spirit. 1 Cor. 6: 19, 20 says: " What? Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which in you, which ye have of  God, and ye are not your own? Therefore glorify God with your body and in your spirit , which are God's ."

Our bodies are not our own, they belong to God . He created them, therefore we should take care of them, so they can glorify their maker: God.

My next blog is going to be on Nutrition, then Exercise, Water, and so on.
