  Exercise is important to good health, and to maintain a healthy weight. Exercise burns calories and  increases strength. Exercise also relieves stress. When i feel stressed out with school, or whatever, i take a break and exercise. It helps to take your mind of what you are stressed about. Take a walk when you feel stressed! It's a great time to get your exercise, and have alone time with God.

  Adam and Eve got their exercise by gardening . Genesis 2:15 says: " The Lord God took man and put him in the Garden of Even to work it and take care of it."  Adam did gardening for his exercise! Besides exercise, he also got fresh air while working outside!
   Exercise can also prevent heart disease! A study conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health found that  running more than an hour a week decreased the risk of heart disease by 42 percent!  Walking 30 minutes a day reduced the risk by 18 percent!  ( from Amazing Health Magazine).

   Obesity is common these days partly because people don't exercise! Exercise is very important to maintaining a healthy weight. At least 30 min. of aerobic exercise a day can help maintain or lose weight.

    Exercise is another important way to stay healthy!
