   Water is of vital importance to our bodies. Our bodies consist of more than 60 percent of water by weight. The brain is about 70 percent water. The lungs are up to 90 percent water! ( these facts are found in the Amazing Health Magazine.)

    Approximately 70% of Americans are dehydrated! Wow! We need to drink more water! Your weight can determine how much water you should drink. You should drink half of your body weight in ounces of water every day. So , if you weigh 160 pounds , you should drink at least 80 ounces of water a day, that's 10 - 8 ounce glasses.

   Water can help to prevent diseases. It can prevent heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. Water is very important to the body! It needs it to stay healthy! It also can help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism.

   In the Bible , Jesus is called the Living Water! He can heal us from spiritual dehydration! John 4:14 says:
" But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst ; but the water that I shall give him be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."

   Will you drink of the Living Water today?
